Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is one of my favorite types of work. Together, we focus on what is best for each person and the relationship itself. We explore how your past impacts your current life. For some, this means honing in on how best to communicate with and love one another over the long haul. For others, it may mean working on an amicable and civil separation.

As we move out of the pandemic, I continue offering both in-person and secure virtual sessions.

I was trained in the Family Systems Approach and continuously update my skills, learning from my fellow therapists and staying on top of state-of-the-art developments in my field. In fact, it has been my honor to have been chosen by my peers for inclusion in Washingtonian magazine for my work with racial issues, LGBTQ+ and couples for both short-term and ongoing therapy.
